It's Not Too Late!

It's not too late to cast your ballot.  Please make every effort to vote today!

The stakes in this election are enormous.  The House and Senate majorities are up for grabs.

There are key races for governor and state legislative seats too, as well as important ballot initiatives on a wide range of issues from legalizing marijuana to capping tax increases.  Three states will be voting on abortion-related measures.

To our friends on the West Coast:  The media will begin calling elections on the East Coast well before the polls close in your state.  Do not be influenced by the talking heads.

There are several competitive races in California, Nevada and Washington that could decide the majority.  Make sure your vote is counted!

A Colossal Obama Failure

Lost in all the coverage of recent campaign events was a shocking report several days ago that the United States suffered a "catastrophic intelligence failure" during the early Obama years.

According to Yahoo News, the CIA's entire global "covert communications system" was compromised.

Iranian agents were the first ones to crack the system in 2010 during a "mole hunt" for someone who infiltrated the regime's nuclear program.  A year later, dozens of Iranians with alleged ties to the CIA and the Israeli Mossad were arrested.

But Iran wasn't the only nation that exploited this failure.  The CIA did not fully comprehend the extent of the catastrophe "until more than two dozen sources died in China in 2011 and 2012."

One former national security official familiar with the breach, said, "We're still dealing with the fallout.  Dozens of people around the world were killed because of this."

Revoke His Passport

Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan was in Iran over the weekend.  He was there to celebrate the 39th anniversary of the Iranian hostage crisis and the seizure of the U.S. Embassy in Tehran.

As we told you yesterday, the Trump Administration has just re-imposed very tough sanctions against the regime's energy and banking sectors.  Farrakhan said he wanted to help Iran stop U.S. plots against the Islamic Republic, adding, "Today, I warn the American government that sanctioning Iran is a big mistake."

Farrakhan also addressed law students at the University of Tehran and reportedly led them in chants of "Death to Israel! Death to America!"

I don't know if he is still there, but if he is I hope the State Department revokes his passport.  If he likes Iran so much, he can stay there!  There is more of an audience for his anti-Semitism in Tehran than the United States.

Farrakhan recently compared Jews to termites.  He has referred to Judaism as the "synagogue of Satan."

Yet leaders of the Women's March and left-wing members of Congress support this vile hater.
