This time the target was 21,000 people attending an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England. Many of the concert goers were girls, and many of the girls were primary school age. One of the first victims identified was Saffie Rose Roussos, only eight years old. There will be others. As I write, the death toll is 22 with an additional 59 hospitalized, many of whom have suffered the grievous injuries experienced on the battlefield of war. |
